The Cybus Cybermen came from Earth in an alternative universe. They were a vision created by professor Lumic.
This race of Cybermen were completely different to the Cyber race in our universe. They appeared much more evolved even though they were only in the first stages of their evolution. They showed no human parts, they were essentially the same as the Cybermen in our universe as they had no emotion and wanted to convert every human to become like them.
These Cybermen appeared in the 2006 story Rise of the Cybermen/The Age of Steel, the 2006 story Army of Ghosts/Doomsday, the 2008 Christmas Special The Next Doctor and the the 2010 story The Pandorica Opens.
