In Resurrection of the Daleks these Daleks rescued Davros from a prison ship. After the rescue Davros betrayed them and hoped to create new Daleks. A group of Renegade Daleks survived.
These Renegade Daleks appeared in the TV stories Resurrection of the Daleks, Revelation of the Daleks and Remembrance of the Daleks.
