These are the ultimate Daleks. They were designed by Davros to fight in the Time War against the Time Lords. The Dalek shell can open up to reveal the mutant inside, the weapon and head sections can rotate making it almost indestructible. The eye is the weakest part.
These Daleks appeared in the TV stories Dalek, Bad Wolf, Army of Ghosts, Daleks in Manhattan, The Stolen Earth and Victory of the Daleks, Asylum of the Daleks, The Day of the Doctor, The Time of the Doctort, Into the Dalek and The Magician’s Apprentice.
