When the Cybermen returned their design looked much more advanced. They no longer had human hands and their structure was much stronger.
These Cybermen did have guns as seen in The Tomb of the Cybermen. These Cybermen used their strength and mind control to overpower their enemies. They also have the ability to shoot electricity from their wrists.
These Cybermen appeared in the 1967 stories The Moonbase and The Tomb of the Cybermen.
