The third design appeared a lot shorter and wider than the original. It’s last regular appearance was in “The Horns of Nimon”. It was redesigned slightly for Logopolis where two versions were needed, the most noticeable difference was the taller roof. It made another two appearances in Castrovalva and Black Orchid (season 19).
