This Cyber Leader was identical in design to the Cyber Leader that featured in The Next Doctor, like the Cybermen it was commanding the only difference was that the Cybus logo had been replaced by a solid circular panel.
This Cyber Leader only appeared in the 2011 story A Good Man Goes To War.
