The Cybermen that featured in The Invasion looked to have evolved even further, their appearance was a lot different to the previous designs. They appeared stronger and more powerful.
These Cybermen were seen with Cyber weapons. They also appeared in the iconic scene, where the Cybermen marched in front of St Pauls Cathedral.
These Cybermen only appeared in the 1968 story The Invasion and were controlled by the Cyber-planner.
