Like the previous Cyber Leader evolution, the only noticeable difference between the Cyber Leader and other Cybermen was that the Cyber Leaders head piece was partly painted black.
These Cyber Leaders appeared in the 1982 story Earthshock, the 1983 story The Five Doctors and the story 1985 Attack of the Cybermen.
